Research Project

Each case is evaluated using a specific set of processes. The Research Project begins with identifying all of the unique aspects of the case. This leads to additional research establishing various alternative laws and precedence that exist that are relevant and beneficial to the client.

Evaluate Plans

The evaluation of each case involves multiple alternative options for a resolution. MTR will evaluate each alternative settlement option. Recommendations will be provided to determine which option offers the best solution for the client.

The best results are obtained by presenting a clear and concise recommendation to the client. This recommendation will be the result of meticulous evaluation of the clients needs and capabilities. The recommendation is then presented to the IRS as a best case solution for both the IRS and the client.
